You explain in the course of the computer model how a building? Not only how to create the model on the inside? What interests me is the creation of the building and not as an architect and interior design.
To create different types of structures and objects, as well as buildings and houses for example, we recommend first doing the course 3DMax Basic Course and then the 3D virtual model as a complement. With these two courses, you will have a great sense of how to create any object other than organic characters and models. In current 3D virtual model we use the very basis of the apartment and we also created a building, applying textures, lighting and rendering.
